I am proud of the service we provide our customers and I have been particularly impressed with the resilience our staff have shown during this difficult time, however, please can I ask for your patience if issues are taking slightly longer for us to resolve than you would normally expect.
If you are planning to visit us please don’t be offended if we don’t shake your hand – we’ve adopted the elbow bump so feel free to elbow bump instead! If you do feel ill or if you fall into any of the other categories outlined as ‘at risk’ under the official guidance please let us know and we can conduct your appointment over the phone, by skype, facetime or via email.
This situation is unprecedented and we don’t have all of the answers but we shall continue to work with our clients to ensure that we continue with ‘business as normal’ as much as we are able. It is our policy at present based on the advice we have received, it may well be we have to update in the future.
